Fireside Chats are back, and we listened to your feedback. This fall, we’re moving our Chats to in person so we can better connect and get to know each other!Join us on the 3rd Wednesday of each month for a welcoming, inclusive, secular peer support gathering where meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and community connection are the focus. Together, we’ll use stories, characters, themes, and thought-provoking passages to explore the things that make us human. Whether we’re discussing identity, belonging, relationships, personal growth, navigating life’s challenges, or simply finding comfort in the written word, there’s room for every voice and perspective.
You don’t HAVE to read a book to participate! Our conversations are guided by accessible literary prompts and shared reflections, with opportunities to listen, share, connect, or simply enjoy being in community. And if you find a book that really speaks to you, then you can borrow it from our shelves 😊
This is a peer support space, not therapy. It should not take the place of professional treatment. There’s no pressure to speak, no expectation to have all the answers, and no need to show up as anything other than yourself.
Come as you are. Share if you wish. Listen if you need. Leave knowing you belong.
