LJ Silverman, Head of LSE Generate, will interview Deepak about his experience building one of the UK's most beloved mission-driven brands, along with the biggest challenges he's faced in the business and as a leader.
Deepak Ravindran is a mentor and entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking across the US, UK, and Asia. He transitioned to entrepreneurship by co-founding Oddbox, the UK’s first sustainable food delivery service, which tackles food waste by rescuing over 50,000 tonnes of fresh produce , delivering more than 8 million boxes nationwide and securing over £25 million in funding.
Deepak is passionate about empowering emerging entrepreneurs and sharing insights on sustainable practices, building impactful challenger brands, and founder wellness. When he’s not mentoring, he’s busy making his 5-year-old daughter smile or finding adventure on the bouldering wall.
