Leadership Management Masterclass will be provided for 2 days (9 AM to 4 pm), face to face in London UK.
This is the course that enables participants to explore their leadership strengths and weaknesses and learn how to use their personal power to influence and inspire those around them. At the end of this course, participants will be able to share their vision, engage their team, gain commitment, maintain credibility, and inspire action.
