Join us for another year of Fire Prevention Week with the City of Greensboro Fire Department! This year the City of Greensboro Fire Department will host activities at the GSC on Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9 from 10 AM – 2 PM.
This year’s Fire Prevention Week™ (FPW™) campaign, “Charge into fire safety™. Safe charging is a superpower,” works to educate everyone about safe charging habits, and different ways we can all help keep our homes and communities safe. Explore a fire truck, take a walk through the smoke trailer, or stop by any of the activity tables to learn from Greensboro firefighters while you visit!
Fire Prevention Week activities are free to the public. Admission to the GSC is not included. A discounted admission rate will be available for those who have participated in Fire Prevention Week activities.
