About this Event
EVENT OVERVIEW
Celebrate the flavors of autumn at Fini's Wan Chai's Italian Autumn Table, a seasonal wine dinner presented in collaboration with Wine Cloud.
For one extraordinary evening, our kitchen will guide guests through a seasonal 4-course menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with one of five exceptional Italian wines, taking you on a journey from the sparkling hills of Friuli to the sun-warmed vineyards of Umbria.
A Wine Cloud sommelier will be on hand to showcase and guide guests through each hand-picked wine, sharing tasting notes and the stories behind every bottle.
The evening unfolds in a beautiful, generous flow:
Spuntini — Anchovy Butter Crostini, paired with Fantinel "The Independent" Prosecco Brut DOC NV
Antipasti — Autumn Caprese (burrata, roasted honey pumpkin & chestnuts, grilled radicchio), paired with Castello ColleMassari "Melacce" Vermentino, Maremma Toscana DOC 2022
Secondi — Chicken Milanese, paired with Castello ColleMassari "Rigoleto" Montecucco Rosso DOC 2021; and Steak Diane (USDA Prime Sirloin), paired with Di Filippo Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG 2018 (Organic)
Dolce — Figs & Cream (organic local figs, amaretto cream, brown butter & oat streusel), paired with Mongioia Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2024
