About this Event
Explore your identity, recognise your inner resources, and uncover new possibilities for growth. Through symbolic art- making and guided reflection, this group series offers a supportive space to reconnect with what makes you uniquely you.
Across a series of creative sessions, participants will be invited to:
- Explore Your Identity: gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, and what matters to you.
- Discover Your Strengths: recognise your personal qualities, inner resources, and existing capabilities.
- Unlock Potential: reflect on new perspectives, possibilities, and ways to approach life’s challenges.
- Connect & Grow: Share experiences in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
No artistic experience needed - the focus is entirely on exploration.
