However, we can see life in a different way that actually frees us from what we think drains and demoralises us and instead begin to feel energised and full of enthusiasm for whatever we need to do. It’s not a case of mind over matter, it’s more like a mind that knows what matters!

These events are suitable for everyone, no previous experience needed. Everyone is welcome.
