Join us for a special community workshop with Dr. William G. Hoy for anyone who is grieving a loss or supporting someone who is.
Finding Direction in Your Grief
People in grief often say they feel confused, even admitting they seem to have “lost their mind.” What grieving people most need is a compass—something to help them navigate all the unexpected twists and turns that come with loss.
They also need help moving past many of the myths in our society about what grief is and how it “should” feel.
In simple, easy-to-understand language, Dr. Hoy will help bereaved individuals and families better understand grief and take practical steps as they find their way forward.
This workshop is open to the community and is offered twice for your convenience. Please choose either the morning or evening session when registering. Both sessions will cover the same material.
