This event combines conscious connected breathwork with the power of Shakya's live soundscapes of cello, guitar, drums, didgeridoo and vocals. The session will be led by experienced breathwork facilitator Simone Bösch.Expect a grounded practice, deep inner journeys, and the kind of presence only the breath can awaken, amplified by Shakya’s live improvisations and looping. The experience will unlock emotional release, deep presence, and inner clarity, guided by the rhythm of your breath and the pulse of the live music. Simone and Shakya will create a carefully curated, beautiful space where each participant is held to experience their own individual journey.
No prior knowledge is necessary; you’ll be led throughout.
The event will be held in German and/or English, depending on the needs of the participants.
