About this Event
Find Your Inner Goddess
Find Your Inner Goddess is a guided mixed-media collage experience led by clinical therapist and artist Melissa Farrell, owner of Leading Light Counseling & Consulting.
Designed to help women reconnect with themselves and with the community of women around them, the workshop invites participants to create an intuitive collage centered around an image of themselves or another woman they admire — someone known personally, publicly, or symbolically — and build outward using curated imagery, words, textures, and found materials.
Along the way, Melissa will explore the connection between creativity, wellness, self-expression, and connection, including the neuroscience and health benefits of creative expression, while inviting reflection on identity, joy, balance, desire, and what participants want to make more room for in their lives.
No art experience is required. All materials are provided.
