About this Event
In today’s world, many young people are constantly navigating pressure—from school, social media, friendships, and expectations—often without the tools to manage how they feel.
It can show up as distraction, anxiety, low confidence, or simply feeling overwhelmed.
That’s why we’ve created a Creative Mindfulness Programme for young people aged 10–18—a safe, engaging space where they don’t just “talk” about emotions, but learn how to manage them in real, practical ways.
This is more than just an activity—it’s a life skill programme.
Through a powerful blend of simple mindfulness techniques and hands-on creative expression, your child will learn how to:
- Stay focused and improve concentration (supporting their learning in school)
- Feel calmer and more in control of their emotions
- Understand what they’re feeling—and why
- Build positive daily habits that support their wellbeing
- Express themselves confidently in a healthy, creative way
Each session builds on the last, helping young people develop lasting skills they can carry into everyday life—at home, in school, and in their relationships.

💡 Why commit to all sessions?
Because real change takes consistency. This programme is designed as a journey—each week strengthens your child’s confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience. Missing sessions means missing key steps in that growth.
If you’ve noticed your child feeling overwhelmed, easily distracted, or struggling to express themselves, this programme could be a turning point.
Give your child the tools they need—not just to cope, but to thrive.
This programme is:
- Led by an Oxford trained mindfulness teacher with experience delivering wellbeing programmes in community settings
- Focused on practical life skills for wellbeing
- Designed to support young people’s mental and emotional development
