The Woodhill Choice Business Improvement Grant Technical Support Day is an in-person event for the general public, including new and existing business owners and commercial property owners interested in improvements in the eligible Buckeye-Woodhill target area.

Attendees can discuss proposed projects with the Grants Team, get help understanding eligibility and pre-qualification, learn about required documents and application steps, and ask questions about eligible project costs and the applicant match. Bring your questions and any available information about your business or proposed project.
Grant and eligible improvements
The program offers grants of up to $100,000, covering up to 90% of eligible costs, with a minimum 10% applicant match. Eligible improvements may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, interior renovations, accessibility improvements, fire safety systems, storefront and façade improvements, signage, awnings, and landscaping.
Eligible target area
The target area includes Buckeye Road from East 116th Street to Woodhill Road, and Woodland Avenue from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Woodhill Road.
