The Renaissance Theatre invites you to a hauntingly unforgettable night as we present Nosferatu (1922), the silent film that pioneered the horror genre—featuring live accompaniment on our legendary Mighty Wurlitzer Organ by acclaimed organist Jay Spencer. This special hybrid event blends the eerie visuals of F.W. Murnau’s vampire masterpiece with the dramatic power of live organ music, creating a spine-tingling experience you won’t want to miss.
The Wurlitzer itself is a piece of history, originally installed in the Warner Brothers Vitaphone studios in 1929, and later owned by Hollywood actor Joseph Kearns. It eventually made its way to the Renaissance Theatre in 1985, where it has remained a treasured part of our artistic legacy.
Whether you’re a classic film lover, horror fan, or just looking for a unique theatrical experience, this screening of Nosferatu will leave a lasting impression.
Join us for an evening where vintage horror and musical artistry meet in a one-of-a-kind performance event!
