Film Synopsis
For decades, we’ve placed a strong emphasis on university pathways, often leaving students with a perceived choice between pursuing higher education or entering the workforce with limited opportunities. Yet across the country, schools, governments, and industry are increasingly recognising that career education should not be a pathway of last resort, but a high-quality option for every student.
follows a school district in Virginia, USA, where an innovative approach to career-based learning is transforming how young people prepare for their futures. At the heart of the story is the district's , where students explore diverse careers, work alongside industry partners, and develop both technical expertise and the human capabilities needed in a rapidly changing economy.
As Australia grapples with skills shortages, the impact of AI, and the need to better connect education with meaningful work,
Multiple Choice offers a compelling vision of what is possible when schools, employers, and communities work together to help every student discover purposeful pathways beyond school.
We look foward to seeing you there!
