ONE NIGHT. TWO FILMS. 10,000 BULLETS.Please join us at the Lincoln for this double feature of two of John Woo's most thrill-packed films -- The Killer and Hard Boiled!
Before John Wick, before The Matrix, there was Hong Kong director John Woo. The king of action revolutionized the genre with balletic gunfights, operatic violence, slow-motion shootouts, and a flair for the spectacular. Now, two of his greatest masterpieces return to the big screen in one explosive double feature!
In The Killer, the impossibly cool Chow Yun-fat stars as a professional assassin whose final job spirals into a bloody showdown of loyalty, betrayal, and redemption. Then, in Hard Boiled, Chow returns as a renegade cop battling Hong Kong's criminal underworld in a relentless barrage of bullets, broken glass, and some of the most astonishing action sequences ever filmed.
After two decades of tangled rights disputes and severely limited availability, these action masterpieces are finally back in circulation, newly restored in stunning 4K from their original camera negatives. Experience action like you never have before -- times two!
