📅 Poznačte si posledný novembrový víkend. Od piatka 27. do nedele 29. novembra sa v Trenčíne uskutoční Fiesta mesta, veľké spoločné vyvrcholenie roka Európskeho hlavného mesta kultúry. Bude to víkend v uliciach, na námestiach, v kluboch, galériách, kaviarňach aj pri Váhu.
🌉 Dôležitým miestom bude Fiesta most. Starý železničný most cez Váh sa po obnove stáva novou mestskou promenádou a počas záverečného víkendu zažije svoju veľkú premiéru. Bude sa na ňom prechádzať, čítať, hrať, tancovať aj stretávať. Most tak symbolicky spojí to, čo Trenčín 2026 počas roka prinášal opakovane: nové miesta, nové zážitky a nové dôvody byť spolu.
🎉 Sobotné popoludnie bude od 16:00 patriť galaprogramu Od Váhu do sveta na pódiu pri Fiesta moste. Bude to chvíľa poďakovania ľuďom, ktorí rok kultúry tvorili, podporovali a zažívali. Zároveň sa Trenčín symbolicky prepojí s ďalšími európskymi hlavnými mestami kultúry, ktoré budú titul niesť ďalej, portugalskou Évorou a litovskou Liepājou.
✨ Program Fiesty mesta sa rozprestrie od Trenčianskeho hradu až po Fiesta most. Svetelné inštalácie Umenie v tme rozžiaria hrad, okolie mosta aj LUMó HUB pri Synagóge. V meste zaznie hudba rôznych žánrov, od koncertov na Mierovom námestí a pri Fiesta moste až po klubový program v KKC Hviezda a Klube Lúč.
🎶 Medzi najväčšími menami programu budú Mňága a Žďorp, Bez ladu a skladu, Billy Barman & SĽUK, Fanfare Ciocărlia, Katarína Koščová, Nina Kohout, Miroslav Tóth & NeoQuartet či večer čerstvého undergroundu s menami ako Fobia Kid, Prezident Lourajder, Čavalenky a ďalšími.
Chýbať nebude ani folklór, zborová hudba, literárne čítačky, divadlo, program pre rodiny s deťmi, otvorené galérie, Mestská veža, Župný dom či Verejná knižnica M. Rešetku.
🎄 A keďže Fiesta mesta pripadá na začiatok adventu, Trenčín bude žiť aj vianočnými trhmi, ktoré podčiarknu výnimočnú atmosféru záverečného víkendu.

📅 Mark your calendars for the last weekend of November!
From Friday, 27 November to Sunday, 29 November, Trenčín will host Fiesta mesta (City Fiesta), a grand celebration marking the culmination of its year as European Capital of Culture. The city will come alive with events in its streets, squares, clubs, galleries, cafés and along the Váh River.
🌉 One of the main highlights will be Fiesta Bridge. The former railway bridge across the Váh River is being transformed into a new urban promenade and will make its grand debut during the closing weekend. It will become a place for walking, reading, playing, dancing and coming together. The bridge will symbolically connect everything that Trenčín 2026 has brought throughout the year: new places, new experiences and new reasons to come together.
🎉 Saturday afternoon, starting at 4:00 PM, will feature the gala programme From the Váh to the World on the stage by Fiesta Bridge. This special occasion will be an opportunity to thank everyone who helped create, support and experience the year of culture. Trenčín will also symbolically connect with the next European Capitals of Culture, Évora in Portugal and Liepāja in Latvia, which will carry the title forward.
✨ The Fiesta mesta programme will stretch from Trenčín Castle all the way to Fiesta Bridge. The Art in the Dark light installations will illuminate the castle, the area around the bridge and LUMó HUB near the Synagogue. Music of various genres will fill the city, from concerts on Mierové Square and by Fiesta Bridge to club performances at KKC Hviezda and Klub Lúč.
🎶 Among the biggest names on the programme are Mňága a Žďorp, Bez ladu a skladu, Billy Barman & SĽUK, Fanfare Ciocărlia, Katarína Koščová, Nina Kohout, Miroslav Tóth & NeoQuartet, as well as an evening showcasing fresh underground talent, including Fobia Kid, Prezident Lourajder, Čavalenky and many more.
There will also be folk music, choral performances, literary readings, theatre, activities for families with children, open galleries, the City Tower, the County House and the Michal Rešetka Public Library.
🎄 And since Fiesta mesta takes place at the beginning of Advent, Trenčín will also be filled with the festive atmosphere of Christmas markets, adding even more magic to this special closing weekend.
