About this Event
Join us in our Nation's Capital for the largest celebration of Latino Culture at Fiesta DC 2026, Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27 from 11AM - 8PM. This year Brazil is the featured country at this 2-day event, consisting of a Festival and Parade.
At the Festival, the Brazilian delegation will have a dedicated Main Stage (7th St and Pennsylvania Ave, NW, DC) with a talented line-up of performers playing Samba, Pagode, Samba Reggae, Brazilian jazz, Bossa nova, MPB, Forró, Afro-Brazilian, Brazilian DJs spinning Dance music, Funk, and so much more. We are honored to announce artists from Rio de Janeiro and Recife will be joining us along with other artists bringing the soul of Bahia to Washington, DC. A Capoeira street Roda will be hosted on Sunday. Come party and visit our booths to learn more about Brazil and different organizations in the area. Our vendors will be selling delicious brigadeiros, churrasco (Brazilian BBQ), acai bowls, Brazilian coffee, jewelry, clothes, candied apples (Maçã do Amor) and so much more. There will also be an interactive Kid Zone with a tech focus and Lucha Libre wrestlers and an International stage with star Bachata, Merengue and Salsa artists.
Lastly, cheer for the Brazilian Delegation who will be the 1st country this year to march in the Parade of Nations on Sunday, September 27 at 11AM starting at 15th St and Constitution Ave. We will bring the flavor of Brazilian Carnivals to DC from beautiful Recife in the Northeast of Brazil (Frevo and Carimbo dance), to the heart and soul of Bahia (including an Afro Banda, Afro-Brazilian dancers and Capoeiristas) and the "Cidade Maravilhosa" marvelous Rio de Janeiro (Samba dancers, Musas and a Bateria).
