This non-profit urban farm combines education, sustainability, and community-building through its unique offerings. At the heart of 15th Street Farm is its half-acre organic farm, where fresh, healthy produce is grown using regenerative practices. The farm’s mission is simple: to teach the importance of food grown carefully, from soil to fork. Alongside the farm, a spacious 2,000-square-foot commercial kitchen and wood-fired brick oven serve as a gathering space for various events designed to engage the public.
Meet at the farm at 10:45 a.m. for a tour of the farm and brief presentation “Good Food is the product of a Healthy Soil”, followed by a family-style gourmet lunch served at long tables in the covered open-air pavilion.
