Field and Tide: A Culinary Festival at The Wildset

• Join The Wildset Hotel and Ruse Restaurant's Chef Michael Correll for a family-style collaboration dinner with Michelin-starred Chef’s Chris Morgan and Gerald Addison. As the owners and opening chefs of Maydan in Washington DC, Chef’s Chris and Gerald won Food & Wine's 'Best New Restaurant', a coveted Michelin Star, and were named Bon Appetit's ‘Second Best New Restaurant' in the country. Most recently, Chef Chris was the runner up on the inaugural season of 'America's Culinary Cup’.
• This special evening will include a four-course meal showcasing each chefs' style of cooking - Mid-Atlantic, Farm-to Table, and Middle-Eastern-inspired - and feature produce from The Wildset's own farm, Rolles Range.
• An optional wine pairing from Sommelier, Ruse Food and Beverage Director, and Chris's childhood friend, Allie Balin, is available for purchase as an added ticket.

Ticket price includes live music from Kentavius Jones, fresh-shucked oysters from Metompkin Bay & Harris Creek, composed bites from James Beard-nominated Chef Michael Correll & Michelin-starred Chef's Chris Morgan & Gerald Addison, and barbecue from Maryland's-own Bark BBQ. A portion of proceeds will go to supporting the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
• Alcohol and beverages can be purchased separately: Beer from Other Half Brewing and Eden Town Brewing; Cocktails + NA offerings from Ruse.
• Your ticket includes all food tastings and entertainment.
