- In-person practical training in gong therapy
- Coursework and case studies
- Accredited certification on completion
- Option: Combine this course with 2 more for a Practitioner Level Diploma
- Option: Take this course as CPD if you already have an accredited Sound Healing qualification.
At its core, mantra therapy uses specific Sanskrit syllables, words, or phrases repeated aloud or silently to promote mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These mantras are often derived from ancient texts like the Vedas and have been used for thousands of years to balance the mind, body, and spirit. The repetition of these sacred sounds helps to focus the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace.
The Science Behind Mantra Therapy
Modern science has begun to uncover the benefits of mantra therapy, with studies showing that it can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve mental clarity. The rhythmic repetition of mantras can create a meditative state, which has been linked to positive changes in brain function and overall mental health. By training as a mantra therapist, you’ll learn how to harness these benefits and guide others on their healing journeys.
Course Curriculum
During this course you will study the Foundation Module (as home study), followed by the Gong Module, which is a mix of at-home study and practical study at our training centre. Our curriculum includes:

Pre-requisites:
In order to start this training you must have either of these:
- A Level 3 qualification in any subject or
- An accredited qualification in Sound Healing/Therapy if taking the CPD route

The remainder of the fees are due before the course starts.
