Most traditional sales funnels finish when somebody becomes a customer. I think that is where some of the most important opportunities begin.
In this workshop, we will take the traditional sales funnel and turn it into an hourglass, looking not only at how somebody discovers your business and becomes a customer, but what happens after they buy.
We will consider the full customer journey, from awareness and consideration through to purchase, retention, repeat business, referrals and advocacy.
You will look at where potential customers might currently be dropping out, where there are opportunities to improve their experience and how existing customers could become a much bigger part of your future growth.
The aim is to help you stop thinking about sales as one transaction and start looking at the value of the whole relationship.
You will leave with the beginnings of your own Sales Hourglass and practical ideas for improving the journey before and after the sale.
