This training is PENDING 3 CEs with: SW, Psychology and LPC
This training will cover the current prevalence of FASD and other Substance Use in Utero in Kentucky, identify current resources for pregnant and parenting individuals, and identify some ways we can work with these individuals and their families in clinical mental health treatment. Will review how the diagnosis can be made as well as characteristics of individuals that might lead clinicians to be curious about in utero exposure to substances. Clinicians will gain a deeper understanding of some methods they can use to increase success of treatment.
