FESTIVE PEER SUPPORT EVENT 2026 ✨🎄Christmas can be a particularly emotional and overwhelming time for families affected by childhood cancer. So this festive season, we want to create a little space just for you.
A chance to step away from the pressures of everyday life, take a well-deserved break, be treated to something special and spend time surrounded by people who truly understand.
Our annual festive peer support event brings together parents of children and young people affected by cancer for an opportunity to connect, share experiences, laugh, relax and simply enjoy being in the company of others who understand the journey, without needing to explain.
This event is open to:
-Parents of children and young people currently receiving cancer treatment.
-Parents whose children have completed treatment.
-Bereaved parents who have experienced the loss of a child to cancer.
Families must have received care through the oncology wards at Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales or the Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT) Unit in Cardiff.
Whether you're navigating treatment, adjusting to life beyond cancer or learning to live alongside grief, there is a place for you here.
Because sometimes, the greatest comfort comes from simply being with people who understand.
