Festive LED Decoration Workshop - Leeds

In this festive LED decoration workshop join Thread Collective co-founder and textile artist Hayley Mills-Styles and learn how to use conductive thread technology to create a festive decoration.

All the materials will be supplied for the workshop including and embroidery hoop and a conductive thread kit.

Hayley will guide you through some simple hand embroidery stitches to create a festive design for your decoration. You will then learn about conductive thread and soft circuits and make your design light up an LED.

Our venue, Kapow Coffee, has delicious drinks, and sweet treats available to fuel your crafting. You can find us upstairs on the 1st floor. Ask a member of staff and they will direct you upstairs where Hayley and Rowan will be there to greet you.

We welcome anyone 18+

Please note tickets are refundable up to one week before the event. Tickets are non-transferable to another event.
