The Qarakata Festive Gifting Market Fair is the fourth and final event in Qarakata’s 2026 Market Fair Series, bringing together independent businesses, creative brands and local shoppers for a special end-of-year celebration of Community, Culture and Commerce.

BECOME A VENDOR
Are you a small business looking for an opportunity to showcase your products and reach new customers during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year?
Applications are now open for businesses wishing to trade at the Qarakata Festive Gifting Market Fair 2026.
The event will take place indoors, with each vendor allocated space for one table measuring no more than 6 ft.
Vendor space: £50
Early Bird: £45 when booked before 5 November
Late Booking: £55 after 25 November, subject to availability
Maximum space: One 6 ft table
Availability: Limited
We welcome applications from a variety of independent businesses, makers, creatives and brands offering products suitable for Christmas and year-round gifting.
Please note that purchasing a vendor ticket does not automatically confirm participation. Applications may be reviewed to ensure a good variety of products and to avoid having too many businesses offering very similar items.
If we are unable to accept an application, the vendor will be contacted and the vendor fee refunded.
Early application is recommended as spaces are limited.
