Take some time for yourself this festive season and join us for a free afternoon of creativity, relaxation, and connection, created especially for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of Brixton Windmill, in the heart of South London, this friendly and relaxed event offers a welcoming space to meet others, enjoy creative activities, and focus on your wellbeing.
Take part in relaxed arts and crafts activities, where you can get creative, have fun, and try something different in a supportive environment.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a peaceful sound bath, providing a calming space to slow down, switch off, and recharge.
Refreshments and light snacks will be available throughout the afternoon, and you are welcome to stay for the whole event or simply pop in whenever suits you.
Whether you are newly diagnosed with MS or have been living with the condition for many years, this gathering is an opportunity to meet people who understand, discover something new, and enjoy some time dedicated to your wellbeing.
Friends, family members, and carers are all very welcome to attend.
