7pm-9pmWolverhampton glass artist Suzie from Suzie Lavender Contemporary Glass will be at The Codsall Hive teaching a relaxed evening session of fused glass making techniques. These workshops are suitable for beginners or as a refresher course.
Snowflakes & Snowmen Workshop - Each participant will be able to construct and create a large hanging glass snowflake decoration and a snowman decoration from scratch using a colour scheme and design of their choice. You will be introduced to different techniques and will also have the opportunity to try out basic cutting skills, working with a selection of materials and tools and will be able to choose from a selection of coloured glass, frits and powders, paints and accessories to create the designs.
Participants who are regular attendees of Suzie’s workshops are welcome to make different projects to save repetition if they contact Suzie in advance.
All creations will be kiln fired by Suzie following the sessions and then collection from Codsall Hive (or postage of the work can be organised for a small fee) from 14 days later.
Places are limited. Suitable for adults and for teens age 13 and over, under 16's must be accompanied by a participating adult. Book today to secure your place and to learn something new and exciting!
Workshop cost is £45.00 per person. Pay in full or book with a £10 deposit and pay the balance with cash or card in person on the evening of the event.

Refreshments are not included but are available to order from the Café on the evening and you are welcome to purchase food and drink from their extensive menu during the workshop. Please do not bring your own refreshments without prior consent.
