By the end of the course Learners will be able to make a range of festive foods using various cooking techniques. They will be able to identify festivities that are celebrated in different parts of the world and make an edible Christmas gift. They will be able to economise, by using leftovers for at least one dish.Learning Outcomes:
Create festive recipes using a variety of cooking and baking techniques
Explore holiday food traditions and celebrations from around the world
Discover creative ways to reduce food waste by turning leftovers into tasty meals
Make a festive edible gift to take home and share with family and friends
This course will take place on Fridays 13th November -11th December 2026
This course is open to learners with few or no qualifications aged 19 years plus (in August ’26)
