Shred, salt, and hand-pack fresh cabbage using time-honoured techniques passed down through generations. Learn the traditional method of natural fermentation, and take home your own jar to slowly develop depth, character, and flavour.

Learn how to brew kombucha from scratch using tea, sugar and a SCOBY, including key fermentation tips and flavour suggestions.

Preserve a colourful mix of radish, carrots, parsnips, and cauliflower in a fragrant Mediterranean-style brine. This bright and zesty pickle adds a perfect crunch to mezze platters or sandwiches.

Learn how to make classic kosher dill pickles using traditional fermentation methods. You’ll discover how salt, time, and beneficial bacteria transform fresh cucumbers into crisp, tangy pickles-no vinegar, no shortcuts.
