Come make sauerkraut and kimchi with foraged/ homegrown foods and learn how to preserve and grow food sustainably (and easily)
an antidote to our fragile food system and climate frustration, and a way to (re)weave ourselves into the web of life, building an ecosystem that supports everything to thrive...
permaculture isn't just gardening or even a holistic design system - with the core values of people care, earth care and future care/ fair share this is a way of life that is innate
empowering ourselves to have more agency over our lives and not rely on the breaking system and supermarkets, food forests enable us to grow an abundance food for free, in the most sustainable way - where everything works together, like the baby one I'm starting to create here that you can see! not to mention the health benefits all the nutrients we lack from our modern pesticide infused produce
this is the first in a series of wilding/ creative regenerative intuitive living gatherings with a cert permaculture teacher, artist & spiritual guide who has been on this path for several years
interactive, informal vibe in welcoming surroundings, come as you are and bring a jar (say 750g/ any size) if you can!! feel free to bring any veg you want to use up too - e.g. carrot, cabbage, kale etc.
the rest will be provided from my garden, foraged and prob some organic pickings from riverford
can't wait to meet you !
