Welcome to FERAL—a movement experience blending yoga, floorwork, sensual movement, twerk-inspired elements, somatic exploration, and unapologetic self-expression.Previous yoga-teaching or dance experience is not required. This training is open to instructors, movement practitioners, and anyone who wants to explore the FERAL practice more deeply.
