Don Wenner Bio

Don was the lead investor and a board member of DLP Bancshares, which acquired and rebranded a Florida community bank as DLP Bank. In 2025, Regent Capital Corporation—parent company of Regent Bank and led by Chairman and CEO Sean Kouplen—acquired DLP Bancshares. DLP Bank and Regent Bank continue to operate separately under Regent Capital, with Kouplen joining DLP Bank’s board.

Our good faith estimates of the fair market value of goods and/or services received for each Individual Registration is $30 and for each reserved/sponsored table is $240. For example, the tax-deductible amount of a $50 Individual Registration is $20, and the tax-deductible amount of a $2,500 Gold Sponsorship is $2,260.
