Come and join us for our monthly Femmes and Thems events, these are an opportunity for women and non-binary people to get together in a smaller group. A little bit of exercise and a whole lot of chats and socialising. This month our Femmes and Thems group will stroll or run along the coast.
Meeting 9am outside Canteen Café Trigg, following a quick meet and greet, we will head off for a walk/run/crap-jog along the coast, completely at your own pace, finishing back at the café for coffee and socialising.
These events are generally run on the last Sunday of every month check out our events on our facebook page or website.
