Are you a woman, non binarry or gender fluid person living in the world? Do you ever feel the need to suppress your rage and anger to be more palitable to others around you? 🤬Hannah and Jamie are two women who feel this deeply and believe it needs to change, so we want to create a safe judgement free space where we can gather together, support, encourage and allow our anger the space it needs to release it from our bodies. Suppressed anger can lead to increased risks of autoimmune diseases and other health conditions.
We will begin in the softness with cacao, sharing and a gentle meditation to drop into our bodies. We will guide you through some exercises to help you feel into your anger and rage, recommend bringing ear plugs, and a pillow or cushion for this. We will end with some clensing breath work 🥰
