This workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs build and launch a professional online store using Shopify. Participants will learn the fundamentals of e-commerce, set up and customize a Shopify store, create effective product listings, organize collections, configure payments and shipping, develop customer trust through strong store design and policies, and test their store before launch.
The workshop also covers essential marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, Shopify apps, and responsible AI use, giving participants the practical skills and confidence to successfully launch and grow their online business.

Nicole Provan. An Information Technology professional, Nicole’s focus lies on cybersecurity, digital literacy & information governance. Dedicated to raising cybersecurity awareness & empowering more women to build the confidence & skills needed to pursue their interests in technology, Nicole studied Computer Programming at Sheridan College & Information Science at the University of Toronto.
