On November 16th, you are invited to gather with us in times of change. An evening devoted to connection, dance, and inner attuned listening.
This is a space for ALL female-identifying beings to drop into the body and out of the mind, into the freedom of your inner feminine embodiment and authentic movement.
Let us dance with our sisters, make new ones, and connect with the wisdom which has always lived within us. ✨💃🌌💫🌓🫶

6 PM — Drop in & settle, drink tea, & connect. The space is yours to do what you need to arrive.
6:30 PM — Doors Close - Thank you for honoring, No entry after 6:30 PM
6:30 - 8:30 PM — Opening circle & drop into Feminine Embodied Movement Ecstatic Dance Journey
8:30 - 9 PM — Meditation savasana & closing integration circle

Our Dance Agreements 🌙
These help us hold a safe, sacred space for every sister to fully let go.
✨ Non-verbal dance floor - Let your body do the talking. Expressive sounds, sighs, and song are always welcome.
✨ Free of phones, photos & videos - So we can all be fully present and free, unseen by any lens.
✨ Barefoot dancing - Feel the earth beneath you. Dance-only shoes are welcome too.
✨ Scent-free dance floor - Please skip perfumes and strong oils so every sister can breathe with ease.
✨ Tops optional - Your body, your choice. Come as you feel most free.
✨ Witnessing, not hovering - Hold sisters with soft, loving presence while giving them space to move in their own world.
✨ Consent to dance with others - Invite connection gently with eye contact or a soft gesture, and honor every yes, no, or maybe. A no is always welcome here.
✨ Self-nourishment alongside sisters - Follow what your body needs, whether that’s moving, resting, or simply being, while held in community.
