Create your own charming wool sculpture in this hands‑on Felted Friends Workshop, perfect for both beginners and experienced felters. Under the guidance of needle‑felting artist Kim Kirton, you’ll choose to craft either an adorable Rabbit or a cuddly Octopus — each with its own personality and whimsical details. Materials for each project are limited, so early registration is recommended if you have a favourite in mind.
Across this four‑hour session, you’ll learn how to transform soft wool roving into a fully sculpted character using foundational needle‑felting techniques. Kim will walk you through shaping, building structure, and adding expressive features. If time allows, she’ll also demonstrate advanced methods to personalize and refine your creation, giving you the confidence to continue felting at home.
What You’ll Learn:
