Early registration allows our organization to expand this event into the type of convention our industry deserves. With enough interest from vendors and participants, we will be adding an Open Cat Grooming Competition.
The El Zaribah Shrine is conveniently located approximately three miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, or about a seven to ten minute drive depending on traffic. The surrounding area offers a wide range of hotel accommodations, from luxury properties to budget friendly options. The venue has also generously offered secured overnight parking for registered RV guests.

- SeAndria Duckworth CFMG and Alexandria Korb CFMG's two hour "Creative Cats: Color + Cuts"
- Mel Bring CFMG and CFMG Certifier's "Technical Tune Up" class as well as a “Build a Better Boarding Business".
- Dr. Janelle Schenk’s “The Science of Sustainable Grooming”
We are also thrilled to announce a new "Can You Handle It" interactive education panel exploring practical ways to safely and comfortably handle cats during grooming. Educators will demonstrate and discuss table, lap, and floor grooming, along with techniques for working with wiggly cats, senior cats, medically fragile cats, and cats with challenging temperaments. Attendees will have opportunities to ask questions and learn from the perspectives of several experienced feline groomers.
Saturday night features an exclusive social event, included for all educational attendees.
Sunday, with enough interest from the community we will host a Cat Grooming Competition. We will also have a public Cat Costume Contest open to attendees as well as pre-registered guests.
On Monday, October 18th, the Association of Holistic Feline Specialists will launch its first Feline First Certification Course. After presale registration closes, the certification course will no longer be included with general admission and will require a separate ticket, with limited seating. This certificate course is again, limited in capacity.
Additional speakers and classes will be announced as the event continues to grow. Speaker and vendor applications are available through the event website. In an effort to promote continuing education not just for professionals but for the general public as well, additional speaking opportunities are available on the main stage throughout the weekend.
