About this Event
Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or as though you are constantly running on empty?
The Richmond Wellbeing Huddle is a free, welcoming community event where people can pause, reflect and have open conversations about mental and emotional wellbeing.
Led by Dr Bhavna Jaiswal, Chartered Psychologist, each monthly session explores a different wellbeing topic, including stress, anxiety, burnout, loneliness, confidence, relationships, parenting challenges, anger and emotional resilience.
Through supportive discussion and practical guidance, you will learn simple ways to:
- Understand what may be affecting your wellbeing
- Recognise the early signs of stress and emotional overload
- Develop healthier ways to manage everyday pressures
- Build resilience, confidence and self-awareness
- Feel more connected and less alone
There is no pressure to speak or share personal experiences. You are welcome to listen, reflect and participate only as much as feels comfortable.
Who is it for?
This event is open to anyone interested in improving their emotional wellbeing, learning practical coping strategies or connecting with others in a safe and respectful community setting.
No previous knowledge or experience is needed.
