Get ready for a summer of feel‑good music, connection and community spirit as we come together to challenge mental health stigma across Birmingham.
One in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime – it could be you, a friend, a family member or a neighbour.
Feel the Rhythm, Beat the Stigma is a series of community music events designed to bring people together, spark conversations and break down barriers around mental health.
Taking place across four locations in Birmingham, these free, family‑friendly events will offer a fun and welcoming way to learn more about mental health, the support available and how we can look out for one another.
There will be over 20 stalls featuring games, charity raffles, pottery sessions, hot food and drinks, alongside mental health support information and activities for all ages.
Live music will set the scene, with local artists performing well‑known 80s classics guaranteed to get everyone dancing.
