About this Event
Hosted at the Aroma-Zone store at Westfield White City, Manon Lagrève and Dr Shireen, will share their perspectives on looking after ourselves when life is busy.
Manon, a French content creator and cookbook author, best known for her appearance on The Great British Bake Off , will explore the importance of nourishing and fuelling the body with good food, with a focus on seasonality, local produce and more sustainable choices.
Dr Shireen, a london-based GP and a health expert, will bring an evidence-based perspective on supplements and supporting wellbeing from within, helping guests separate useful habits from wellness overload.
The conversation will then turn to simple skincare, haircare and self-care rituals that can easily fit into everyday life. Designed as a genuine and interactive conversation rather than a traditional masterclass, the evening will give guests the opportunity to ask questions, connect with both speakers and receive personalised advice from the Aroma-Zone team.
Looking after yourself doesn’t have to mean doing more. It is about finding simple, effective rituals that support your wellbeing and fit naturally into everyday life, even when things get busy.
