• Learn how to map vibrant, whole foods to your body’s seven core energy centers to restore balance and vitality.
• Discover the beautiful connection between modern nutritional science and spiritual anatomy.
• Learn to engage your senses for mindful eating to physically feel the energetic shifts that high-vibrational foods create.
💛What to Expect ~
• We will ground ourselves with meditation to start.
• Students will get handouts including recipes and meal prep advice.
• We will share some tea!
• Each student will get a small jar of root chakra supportive preserves to take home!
• All my classes are conducted as a circle. So lively discussions are encouraged!
