About this Event
Bowls & Spoons is back, and it starts with you. Feast Makers are the volunteer crew who bring our free community meal to life, and Day 1 is where it all begins.
On Wednesday, September 30, we take in fresh produce from our local growers and get our first preps going. You'll help sort, wash, and organize the ingredients that carry through the whole week, working side by side with neighbors and the City Food Studio team. No professional kitchen experience needed, just bring your hands and your good energy.
This is a volunteer opportunity, an invitation to come help make the feast happen. Come for this shift or sign up for more across the week. Every hour gets us closer to the table.
Good to know: Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you can work in. Water and light snacks provided. Questions? Reach out to the City Food Studio team before you register.
