About this Event
The whole week leads here. On Saturday, October 3, Bowls & Spoons becomes a free community meal and celebration, and it takes a crew to raise it.
Shift 1 is setup. From 10 AM, Feast Makers help build the space, tents, tables and chairs, and the activity stations for art making, mending, games, the DJ stage, registration, the washing station, and food serving. You'll work side by side with neighbors and the City Food Studio team. No experience needed, just bring your hands and your good energy.
This is a volunteer opportunity, an invitation to come help make the feast happen.
Good to know: Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you can work in. Expect to be on your feet and lifting. Water and snacks provided. Questions? Reach out to the City Food Studio team before you register.
