Feast & Fire – A Christmas Feast by the Fire
Saturday 5th December | 7pm
Join us for a festive evening of fire cooking, good food and great company as we bring a little Christmas magic to our Feast & Fire experience.
For this special December gathering, chef Tony will be cooking our very own 100% grass-fed rolled rib of beef over an open wood fire, bringing together the wonderful flavours of fire, smoke and slow cooking. Served alongside will be a selection of traditional Christmas dinner sides, each given their own festive twist, creating a proper Christmas feast with a Feast & Fire flavour.
The evening begins at 7pm.
On arrival, please park at the end of the drive, where Martin will be there to welcome you. The drive is uneven, so please take care as you make your way down to the house.
You'll find Tony already at the fire, preparing the evening's feast. Feel free to have a chat with him, watch the cooking unfold, or simply unload your drinks and make yourself at home.
The cooking takes place outside around the firepit, but we'll be eating indoors, where you can settle in, relax and enjoy the evening. Depending on the weather and how hardy you're feeling, you're welcome to spend time outside by the fire or retreat indoors whenever you fancy.
A few things to know:
- Come prepared for the weather: It's December, so bring warm layers and sensible footwear. We'll have the fire going, but do dress for the outdoors.
- Bring your own drinks: Whatever takes your fancy. We'll provide water and glasses throughout the evening.
- Relax and enjoy: This is an informal, intimate evening centred around good food, open-fire cooking and a little festive indulgence.
After dinner, there's no rush to leave the table. Enjoy another drink, step back outside to the warmth of the fire, or simply settle in and soak up the atmosphere.
