FEAR MKE x PRO Run Club is linking up at Lakefront Brewery to demo the Slowcush, ASICS' new max-cushion cruiser! Built upon a bed of FlyteFoam Luxe+ (FF Luxe+), this daily trainer will add more cushion and more energy to your running experience.
All participants must complete the prior to running
What to Expect
- Check-in: 5:45pm & Warm-up & Run: 6:00pm
- Welcome, introductions, and warm-up
- 3 mile community run/ walk (all paces and fitness levels welcome)
Post-run social time and community connection
- Beer Specials: Half off first drink for runners/walkers and $4 Dive Beer with LFB glass and $1 refills.
