Join us for our 3rd FCFCOA CPD Event - the GCDLA CPD events are designed to sharpen your advocacy skills.
SJR Abbi Golightly will present on the treatment of pre-paid legal fees and interim orders for expert and mediation fees at first instance, following Shinohara (having regard to s 114UB(1)). The session will consider why parties are less likely to release funds early where they are not adjusted 1:1 at the end.
