Join Ashantis and Julia at Zora's Place for our Fall clothing swap, our invitation to the Fatties and Baddies community to refresh their wardrobe sustainably! Bring your gently used clothes and trade them for new-to-you styles. It's a great way to meet new friends and find unique pieces that fit your vibe. Julia (@fitfatandallthat), will also be offering free styling tips!
Zora’s Place is Evanston’s first Black feminist bookstore—a cozy, creative space where Black stories are centered, celebrated, and shared. Feel free to browse the selection of books and products whiile you swap! You will also have the oppurtunity to visit the other buinesses in The Aux.
We ask that all attendees bring clean clothes free of holes, stains, or damage! Since Fatties and Baddies Chicago centers folks in fat bodies we also encourage sizes XL+.
