The Probate Resource Center is opening its doors for the upcoming Fatherhood Initiative Clinic, presented by the Law Office of the Montgomery County Public Defender and Montgomery County, Ohio Fatherhood Initiative.Attorneys will be available to help eligible parents better understand their rights and assist with pro se paperwork involving parenting time, custody, contempt for visitation and child support matters.

The clinic is open to non-custodial moms and dads, and space is limited. Registration is required by the Friday before the clinic.
