Father/Significant Male Role Model and Son EveningTommy Herschell is the founder and CEO of Find Ya Feet. His focus is on building resilience, connection, and positive mental health conversations among young people and men. Tommy is a former teacher and experienced facilitator who has spent more than a decade working with schools, sporting clubs (all NRL and NRLW clubs and the Australian Cricket Team) plus many rural and remote communities across Australia. He helps people develop the confidence and skills to navigate life's challenges and support one another.
He is a powerful storyteller and an expert in facilitating genuine conversations. Tommy's presentation will encourage fathers, sons, and significant male role models to strengthen their connection, challenge unhelpful stereotypes and learn how to have meaningful conversations that go beyond "How are you?".
Find Ya Feet's mission is to equip young people with the tools to build resilience, seek support when needed, and foster authentic relationships.
